Captain/Owner Scott Gutschow (39) grew up fishing in Sturgeon Bay.  He has over 2000 trips to the bank!  While many operators are working a full-time job, the Reel Action Team is fishing!  Every day all summer long...  We put the fish to bed each night and wake them up every morning.

Reel Action's team is passionate about fishing, Captain Scott is a 3rd generation Lake Michigan salmon Fisherman.  His grandpa (Fritz) started fishing Chinook Salmon when they were introduced in the 60's, and his father and uncle continued the tradition taking Scott fishing since 1976.  Scott's aunt was one of the first female charter captains on Lake Michigan and his uncle Randy was one of the first fisherman to catch King's in Wisconsin.
